1. About this service
LOONAX provides a website and interface for exploring cross-chain route information. The interface may request quote data from Relay and may direct you to a separate third-party provider interface. LOONAX is independent and is not Relay. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
2. No custody or investment advice
The website is informational software, not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Nothing on this website is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or transfer a digital asset. LOONAX does not promise that a route will remain available or that a transaction will complete successfully.
3. Digital-asset risk
Digital assets and onchain transactions involve substantial risk, including volatility, network congestion, smart-contract vulnerabilities, bridge and liquidity risks, incorrect addresses, failed transactions, irreversible transfers and partial or total loss of funds. Quotes are estimates and can change or expire. You are responsible for verifying the network, asset, recipient, minimum output, slippage, transaction data and all fees before authorising a transaction.
4. Wallet security
Use a wallet you control and understand. Never share your seed phrase or private key with a website or support contact. LOONAX does not need your seed phrase or private key. Review each wallet prompt independently and reject requests you do not recognise.
5. Third-party services
Relay, wallet providers, blockchain networks, RPC services and other third parties may be unavailable, change their terms, impose restrictions or charge fees. LOONAX does not control those services. Any interaction with a third party is subject to its applicable terms and privacy policy.
6. Availability and changes
The website is provided on an availability basis and may be changed, suspended or discontinued. We make no guarantee that information, route data or estimated costs are complete, current or error-free. Do not rely on a displayed quote as the final transaction terms.
7. Prohibited use
Do not use the website to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, interfere with its operation, exploit vulnerabilities or attempt unauthorised access. You are responsible for determining whether use of digital-asset services is lawful where you are located.
8. Limitation and local law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LOONAX disclaims warranties for the website and is not responsible for losses arising from third-party services, network conditions, wallet actions or transactions you authorise. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable governing law, dispute procedures and any mandatory consumer rights must be specified after legal review.
